Staying Refreshed
From time to time I have stumbled upon a business social media page that looks like the old west.
It has the Company info, typically an outdated unmonitored email address and 3 pictures that the office secretary took on company luncheon day before she found a new job.
While social media managers are crucial for this type of role. You can pick up the slack while you decide who you want for the role what platform is used most, your budget, and the responsibilities online need the most attention.
You can add a simple greeting to your business profile with a quick explanation of who you are, Owner, manager etc.
Encourage a response having to do with your message.
Update any settings or profile info.
Consider posting a picture of interacting with staff or clients and give some brief specifics. For Example:
"Here is the head of the receiving department in our remote warehouse in Broxingham delivering a new procedures
safety briefing to staff operating forklifts utilizing the Heeksentower forklift repair service team training program."
Sharing an opinion on a current trend in your industry can reveal that you are staying sharp on what matters as it relates to your products or services.
While frequent posts and monitoring is where your headed. a few updates and tweeks can go a long way.
Share a link to a FAQ page for potential clients.
All and all keeping current let's people understand your there and it's business as usual.
